The following narrative belongs to the relaxation imagery portion of the website

You step into a beautiful green meadow that runs for miles in all directions. A cool crisp breeze touches your face and blows your hair. The smell of fresh grass and flowers catch your nose, the scent of fresh petals lightens your mind. Looking up to the sky you see a beautiful pattern of white clouds stretching across the horizon from east to west, etched in a simple pattern by the winds. The great expanse of sky makes you feel free. All of your troubles fade away. You take a step in the tall soft grass blowing in the wind. White dandelions rest in the think green fields. You begin to walk towards the sunset. Above your head far into the distance a group of black birds fly in a chevron, flapping their tiny wings for hundreds of miles. You look for signs of people, but there are no houses or shacks, no old cars or trucks anywhere. No power lines. Not even a dirt road. All you can see is wild grass in every direction with a few tall trees. As you keep walking you begin to feel the wind pick up and blow stronger across your body. The sun is setting, and the colors of the clouds appear a vibrant glowing orange. A bird flies down to land on a large old wood log sitting on a distant hill. It begins to chirp, sending a beautiful song across the green valley. Only you can hear the bird’s song. You feel like the bird sang this song for you. Nature is glad when life discovers it. Continue to walk across the green meadow over to the trees, and imagine what you might find…
